Join our program
- We offer a free Dutch language and culture program to help you feel confident and prepared.
- In the first 4-month training, that will take place at our OTTO Health Care Academy in the Netherlands, you will learn the Dutch language until you reach B1 level.
- You follow a tailored program to obtain your CZO recognition (Operatieassistent) (Dutch professional accreditation).
- Once you successfully complete the CZO program, you receive a permanent employment contract with the hospital.
- After you start with your new employer you will study an additional 2 days per week to eventually reach B2 level.
