The benefits
During your stay in the Netherlands you will receive a salary, which is the same as local Dutch colleagues receive in your profession. You will also continue our training program during workweeks, which will be followed by an official BIG-registration to become a registered nurse in the Netherlands.
You start to work as nurse under supervision for approximately 10-16 months to get your BIG-registration. After you get your BIG-registration, you work as independent general nurse.
Once you finish your training in your specialization for 12-24 months, you can work as a specialized nurse.

The Requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree, with a GPA of 3.25 during the nursing program and 3.5 during the Profesi year, and an active Indonesian nursing license (STR)
At least 2 years working experience as a nurse
English B1 level and up
Highly committed to the program, eager to study a new language and learn about different cultures
Confident and not afraid to make mistakes, proactive and extrovert attitude
High motivation and clear vision of one's own personal future goals
Excellent communication skills, honest and open
