Our program

Your professional career abroad starts here! Enjoy a better work-life balance and start working in the Netherlands. OTTO Health Care offers you a Dutch language and culture program for free. This program takes 4 months and then you are ready to move to the Netherlands.

Flight and transportation to your new home is completely taken care of by us. Together with your new employer we set up an onboarding program to make sure you have a soft landing. We help you with opening a bank account, finding a doctor and getting around in your new neighborhood. Most importantly, we facilitate good housing starting from the first day you arrive in the Netherlands.

The Client

Would you like to care for elderly people? We work with different elderly care organizations throughout the Netherlands. For example an organization with around 4.500 employees taking care of over 10.000 clients. Their focus is on improving the quality of life. Their services include assisting clients still living at home or living in one of the 15 elderly homes.

Key Responsibilities

Execute nursing interventions
Create teamwork by strong communication skills. Together decide on best practice
Support client with daily activities, like eating, showering and activity program
Stimulate self-reliance for your clients

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field / Assistant Nurse certificate
European nationality
English level A2
Driving license

What does the client offer?

Salary between €2.461 and €4.404 gross based om 36 hours per week
Holiday allowance of 8% and end of year allowance 8.33%
